Energy-Saving MV Drive System "INOVANCE" 6600V 400kW (500kVA)

Target Group: Replacement for "LS" MV Drives for water pump motors.

This project involves installing two INOVANCE brand Medium Voltage Drives (MV Drives) with a compact size and a power capacity of 400kW (500kVA), replace the existing MV Drives controlling the motors of cooling tower water pumps in an heavy industrial plant.

Furthermore, the MV Drives provide customers with modern, efficient Variable Speed ​​Control (VSC) equipment, reducing the efficiency of fixed-speed control systems, increasing reliability, and replacing older control systems that are nearing the end of their lifespan or where replacement parts are scarce.

The project includes customizing the MV Drive control system to match the motor size and various standard control systems, on-site equipment installation (delivery & installation), standard wiring, general control systems (configuration and testing), and data storage of the existing system (commissioning) to ensure the water pump motors are recognized and functioning correctly before actual service is provided.
